The verdict came after a five-week trial in New York City. Prosecutors said the brothers drugged and sexually assaulted multiple women over several decades.

The jury convicted them on all 10 criminal charges, including sex trafficking and sexual exploitation of a minor.

Sentencing Could Bring Life in Prison

The court has scheduled sentencing for 6 August. Each brother could face life in prison.

Assistant US Attorney Andrew Jones told jurors the brothers acted without remorse. He said their actions showed “callousness” and a disturbing sense of pride.

Prosecutors Describe Pattern of Abuse

Prosecutors argued the brothers used their wealth and influence to attract women to luxury parties and private homes.

They said the brothers secretly added drugs to drinks before assaulting victims. According to prosecutors, some victims were restrained during the attacks and their pleas to stop were ignored.

During the trial, 11 women testified, including some who said they were minors at the time of the alleged incidents.

Jurors also viewed video evidence connected to a 2009 incident in which Oren Alexander allegedly assaulted a drugged 17-year-old in his Manhattan apartment.

Defense Claimed Encounters Were Consensual

Defense lawyers rejected the accusations. They argued the brothers had consensual relationships with the women.

Attorney Marc Agnifilo said his clients were “womanisers” but not criminals. Agnifilo previously represented Sean Combs in another high-profile legal case.

After the verdict, he said the defense team plans to continue challenging the outcome.

Additional Allegations Emerge

During the trial, a separate lawsuit also drew attention. Tracy Tutor accused Oren Alexander of drugging and assaulting her in New York in 2024.

Lawyers for Alexander denied the claim and called the lawsuit false.

Prosecutors Say Verdict Sends Strong Message

Jay Clayton said the verdict represents an important step in combating sex trafficking.

He said the decision shows that authorities will continue to pursue cases involving abuse and exploitation.

Brothers Once Dominated Luxury Real Estate

Tal and Oren Alexander built successful careers in luxury property sales. They worked for the major real estate firm Douglas Elliman.

Their clients included celebrities such as Liam Gallagher, Lindsay Lohan, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.

In 2022, the brothers launched their own real estate firm called Official. Meanwhile, Alon Alexander worked for the family’s security company, Kent Security.
