Legal advisers charge thousands to help migrants fake gay identities for UK asylum. Undercover investigators exposed law firms crafting cover stories, photos, and medical reports for visa overstayers from Pakistan and Bangladesh.

One firm demanded £7,000 for “very low refusal risk” claims. Advisers instructed clients to fake depression at GPs—even claiming HIV—for medical proof. Another boasted 17 years perfecting fraudulent applications.

Clients learned to summon “fake boyfriends” for relationship evidence. One adviser promised to bring wives from Pakistan after male asylum grant—then coach them as lesbians. Total cost hit £3,500 per fake claim.

Asylum seekers represent 35% of 2025’s 100,000+ claims—mostly expired student/work visa holders, not boat arrivals. Home Office vows full legal force against system abusers.

LGBT Group Exposed
Worcester LGBT hosts 175+ at Beckton community center events. Attendees admit to investigators: “Nobody here is gay. Not even 0.01%.” Men travel from Wales, Birmingham, Oxford for fake asylum support meetings.
