The retreat will take place in April while Meghan and Prince Harry are travelling in Australia. Their visit comes seven years after their first tour in 2018 when they were still senior members of the British Royal Family.

Women-Only Weekend Event

Organisers describe the retreat as “a girls’ weekend like no other.” Meghan will speak at a gala dinner during the event.

VIP ticket holders will receive front-row seats and the opportunity to take a group photo with the duchess.

The event will take place at a luxury hotel near Coogee Beach. Only 300 guests will attend the retreat.

Talks, Wellness and Entertainment

The programme includes several activities focused on wellbeing and personal growth.

Guests will attend talks by experts such as psychologists. The schedule also includes yoga sessions, sound healing, meditation and manifestation workshops.

Organisers have also planned social activities such as a disco to create a relaxed atmosphere.

Organised by Popular Podcast

The retreat is organised by the Her Best Life podcast.

The podcast was founded by Gemma O’Neill and radio personality Jackie ‘O’ Henderson. Henderson recently stepped back from hosting the show.

O’Neill confirmed the event and said Meghan supports the community’s message of helping women grow and become their best selves.

Meghan’s Business Changes

The announcement follows recent changes to Meghan’s business projects. Her lifestyle brand As Ever recently ended its partnership with Netflix.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex had signed a production deal with Netflix in 2020. The agreement was reportedly worth about $100 million.

One of the shows from the partnership, With Love, Meghan, ran for two seasons and a Christmas special but did not attract strong audience numbers.

Return to Australia

Meghan and Prince Harry last visited Australia in 2018 during their first official overseas tour after their wedding. The 16-day visit received strong public attention.

During that trip, the couple visited Bondi Beach, toured Sydney Harbour, and Prince Harry even climbed the Sydney Harbour Bridge with then-prime minister Scott Morrison.

Life After Royal Duties

In 2020, Meghan and Prince Harry stepped down from their roles as working royals and moved to the United States. The move followed tensions within the royal family and concerns over intense media coverage.

More recently, Prince Harry has spoken publicly about his relationship with his father, King Charles III, saying he hopes for reconciliation in the future.
