England fast bowler Brydon Carse withdraws from Sunrisers Hyderabad IPL stint. A right hand injury—his bowling hand—struck during training. The 30-year-old heads home for assessment.

Carse misses the tournament for second straight season without playing. A toe injury sidelined him last year. IPL final ends May 31—four days before England’s New Zealand Test opener at Lord’s June 4.

Test fitness remains uncertain. Pace spots open alongside Josh Tongue and Gus Atkinson. Ollie Robinson surges with 10 early wickets captaining Sussex. Matthew Fisher eyes Ashes recall.

James Anderson tips Lancashire’s Mitchell Stanley after strong Derbyshire win. Development contract holders Eddie Jack, Tom Lawes, and Sonny Baker compete. Jofra Archer risks workload clash if Royals advance.

Carse last played in England’s 4-1 Ashes loss. Sri Lanka’s Dilshan Madushanka replaces him at Sunrisers.
