KEVIN SPACEY has reached an out-of-court settlement with three men who filed civil lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault.

The cases were scheduled to be heard at the High Court later this year. However, legal proceedings have now been paused following the agreement between both sides. Details of the settlement remain confidential.

The claims relate to incidents that allegedly took place between 2000 and 2013. The actor has consistently denied all accusations.

Two of the claimants had previously given evidence during a criminal trial in 2023, where Spacey was cleared of multiple sexual offence charges.

One claimant, identified as LNP, alleged repeated incidents over several years. Another, referred to as GHI, claimed he suffered emotional and financial harm following an alleged incident connected to a workshop.

A third claimant, Ruari Cannon, chose to make his identity public. He alleged inappropriate conduct at an event linked to a theatre production in 2013.

Cannon also appeared in the documentary Spacey Unmasked, where he shared his account. Spacey rejected the claim and described it as untrue.

During earlier court discussions, lawyers for the claimants sought to include testimony from additional witnesses who alleged similar experiences.

Separately, Cannon had already reached an agreement with Old Vic Theatre, where Spacey served as artistic director for several years.

The settlement brings an end to the civil proceedings before trial, although no admission of liability has been disclosed.
